GrowthCLUB is our full-day quarterly planning session at Graylyn Estate in Winston-Salem. Business owners from across Central North Carolina step away from the day-to-day, celebrate their wins, tackle their challenges, and leave with a clear plan for the next 90 days.

From wins to a written plan
- Celebrate your wins. Every table shares its top three wins from the quarter.
- Name your challenges. Then its top three challenges, with the room helping to solve them.
- Learn the system. The afternoon teaches ABoS and the 6 Steps, with a workbook checklist after each step.
- Write your plan. Three goals for the quarter, each with strategies and KPIs, with coaches circulating to help.
- Mastermind circle. The room answers the questions owners have been carrying all day.
Owners helping owners
- Tables of four business owners, so everyone gets heard.
- Our coaches in the room, often flying in to be there.
- A letter to yourself, written as if your goals were already achieved, mailed back to you before the next meeting.
- A full day, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with time to think that your business never gives you. We close with networking and cocktails, so plan to stay.

Do I need to be a coaching client?
No. GrowthCLUB is open to any business owner who wants a clear plan for the next 90 days. It is included for our coaching clients.
Who should come?
Owners and the leaders who help run the business. Many owners bring a key team member so they leave with the same plan.
How often does it meet?
Once a quarter, on the second Thursday of the last month of each quarter. Each GrowthCLUB plans the 90 days that follow it.
What will I leave with?
Three goals for the next quarter, with the strategies and KPIs to reach each one, written by you during the day with our coaches helping.
