Week 1: One-on-one coachingYou and your coach review your numbers and your progress, and set the priorities for the month.
Week 2: Grow with other ownersA half-day membership meeting with fellow clients. In the last month of every quarter, it becomes GrowthCLUB, our full-day planning session in Winston-Salem.
Week 3: One-on-one coachingKeep momentum, solve what's stuck, and lock in your next moves.
Week 4: Work on your businessKeep your coaching time blocked and use it to put ABoS to work. Any questions go straight to week 1.
